These Terms govern your access to and use of StarBeto. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a contract, and permitted to use prediction-market services in your location. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your account. One person may not operate multiple accounts to evade limits or controls.
Markets and settlement
Each market is governed by the rule displayed on its market page. Crypto markets use the stated reference source and settle according to the recorded reference price at resolution. Trading normally locks shortly before resolution. StarBeto may cancel, pause, or correct a market affected by an obvious error, data-source disruption, manipulation, or technical failure.
Funds, fees, and payouts
Balances are denominated in USDC. A 3% platform fee is charged on each trade and is shown before submission. Network, custody, or withdrawal charges may also apply where disclosed. You authorize StarBeto to debit your balance for submitted trades, fees, reversals, and valid adjustments.
Acceptable use
You may not manipulate markets, exploit errors, use unlawfully obtained funds, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse the API, or violate applicable law. Automated trading must follow published API limits and must not impair service for others.
Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Price feeds, networks, software, and third-party services may be delayed or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarBeto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses caused by market movement or a third-party outage.
Suspension, changes, and contact
We may restrict or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or maintain platform integrity. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
